Order & Payment Policy
ORDERS AND SPECIFICATIONS
All products are offered for sale subject to availability and acceptance of the order by Casa Mizu.

Casa Mizu reserves the right to reject any order without having to provide a reason. No order shall be deemed accepted by Casa Mizu unless unconditionally confirmed by Casa Mizu in the Order Confirmation.

Casa Mizu may modify product specifications without notice, given its policy of ongoing development in collaboration with its suppliers and artisans. Additionally, due to the artisanal nature of many products sold on our site, exact dimensions may vary slightly from item to item compared to the official dimensions listed on the Casa Mizu website.

We strive to present and describe colors of products on our website as accurately as possible. However, Casa Mizu cannot guarantee that colors of delivered products will exactly match those displayed on the Buyer's monitor or any display device.

PRICES, PAYMENT, AND CURRENCIES
All prices quoted include applicable sales taxes in the country of origin of the goods. The buyer is responsible for all other applicable taxes.
Payment must be made by credit or debit card at the time of placing an order, accepted by Casa Mizu. Full payment will be made at this time and the contract will be in force.

Casa Mizu may offer transactions in different currencies. The buyer may select the currency of their choice at the time of purchase.

The buyer warrants the accuracy of all information provided to Casa Mizu for ordering and delivery purposes, as well as the availability of sufficient funds to cover the total cost of the order.

Any credit on payment is cumulative and can only be applied at the sole discretion of Casa Mizu. We reserve the right to limit, invalidate, or refuse credit application at any time.

All discounts or promotions are offered subject to availability and may be terminated or modified at any time by Casa Mizu. We reserve the right to reject any order based on incorrect prices, discounts, or promotions.

DELIVERY
Products will be delivered to the address provided during the order, by the usual delivery method determined by Casa Mizu.
​
We endeavor to process and ship orders within the indicated timeframes. Delivery dates are indicative, and Casa Mizu shall not be liable for losses or expenses resulting from delivery delays.
​
The buyer is required to inspect products upon delivery and report any alleged damage or defect at the time of receipt.
​
If the buyer fails to take delivery of the products, Casa Mizu is not obliged to refund the price.
​
RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, AND CANCELLATIONS
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted for artworks.
​
Custom artworks are non-refundable, and a 20% deposit of the quotation will be required to commence work.
